Summary
With more than a decade of experience in higher education spanning institutional research, analytics, BI development, and predictive modeling, I specialize in translating complex data into actionable insight and sustainable technical solutions. Having worked within both academic units and enterprise IT environments, I communicate fluently across technical, operational, and research-focused teams.
My background combines applied research expertise with technical development and analytics engineering. In addition to designing scalable reporting and BI solutions, I have extensive experience conducting and supporting quantitative, qualitative, and survey-based research through both institutional research work and PhD training in Educational Psychology.
In my current role, I help develop and operationalize machine learning models focused on identifying at-risk students. My work includes preliminary modeling and analysis in Python as well as designing and implementing predictive analytics solutions within Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA). This combination of research methodology, analytics engineering, and platform implementation allows me to bridge the gap between analytical insight and practical institutional application.
